These terms apply to SoftSweep Cleaner, an iOS application published by AINA S.R.L. ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
SoftSweep Cleaner helps you review and organise content stored on your iPhone. It identifies duplicate and similar photos, screenshots, large and similar videos, screen recordings, and duplicate or incomplete contacts. It can compress a video into a smaller copy, remove the background from a photo, keep selected albums and contacts in a separate area inside the app, and show step-by-step guides for tasks you carry out yourself in iOS.
The app does not scan for, detect or remove malware or security threats, does not clear system caches or other applications' data, and does not modify the performance of your device. Nothing in the app or on this site should be read as claiming otherwise.
Photos, videos, contacts and any other content on your device remain yours. We do not upload them, store them on our servers or share them. Background removal is processed on your device.
The app presents items for your review. It does not delete anything on its own. You select what to remove and confirm it. Deleted photos and videos go to Recently Deleted in iOS, where they remain for a period set by Apple before they are permanently removed.
We recommend keeping a backup. We are not responsible for content you choose to delete.
The app is free to download. Full access requires an auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple Account.
You can cancel at any time in Settings on your iPhone, under your name, in Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf, because Apple handles the billing.
Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are issued by Apple. Requests are made at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you contact us about a refund we will not object to your request.
If we change the price of a subscription, Apple notifies existing subscribers and, where a price increases, asks for consent before applying it. If you do not accept, the subscription will not renew at the new price.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own purposes. You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app, or use it to break the law.
The app, its name, its interface and its content belong to us or our licensors. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.
We try to keep the app working and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, error free, or compatible with every future version of iOS. Features may change, and a feature may be withdrawn if it can no longer be provided properly.
The app is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide support for it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it, and cancel your subscription as described above. We may suspend or end your access if these terms are breached in a way that harms other users or us.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and continued use after that date means you accept the update. If a change is material we will make it visible in the app or on this site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
